If you are in any way not satisfied with a purchase you can return it ,undamaged and with all original packaging within 21 days of receipt (or Christmas returns up to 10th Jan) for a full refund of the purchase price or a replacement ,less any postage paid in delivering the goods by us. Customers are responsible for return carriage costs. Refunds will be credited back to the card account of the purchaser. Please return the item to Rival Clothing at the address given on our 'contacts' page, together with a copy of your confirmation e-mail.Carriage charges are non refundable under any circumstances unless the goods are faulty or have been picked and sent wrongly by us.
Should your items need to be changed for a different size. Please re-order the correct size on our website and return the items not required to the address on our contacts page. Please put a note requesting a refund together with a copy of the confirmation email received when ordering, or the invoice sent to you with the goods.We will then be able to deal with the refund quickly and efficiently.
